What excellent service from this fantastic company. I tried to send flowers to Manchester from Perth, Australia and due to an error from another company my delivery was sent to the wrong address and not received. As soon as I emailed Lynette and asked for help she could not be more helpful and supportive. The most beautiful bouquet was delivered immediately just like she advised. Dear lovely Interflora Customer Service people and florists

I would like to thank you significantly for providing a really beautiful funeral posy of just mixed freesias for my mother’s funeral in Manchester on 14th May (see details below). Please can you make sure the florist who made the posy is thanked.

My mum was one of the thousands of elderly people who  died of coronavirus in a care home without being able to have any visitors for the last month of her life. Gifting her freesias – her favourite flower - was important to me.

Enabling me to have my bespoke order really helped given the restricted funeral attendees and the fact that the funeral service ran out of light coloured coffins due to the unprecedented demand at this awful time.

Do not underestimate the valued part you play in providing flowers at sad times like this. You minster to people through your beautiful craftwork. At the weekly Thursday evening Clap for Carers Interflora and local florists are included in my sincere applause.

We would just like to extend a huge thank you to your Princess Road, Manchester store for their superb effort in creating a fresh cut bouquet for our charity fundraiser. We are a Continuing Healthcare Unit for the NHS, we rely heavily on our fundraising efforts to provide stimulating activities and day trips for our patients. Our patients are unable to live at home, many of our patients have suffered traumatic brain injuries or have life-limiting illnesses that prevent them from living independently.

Donations from local businesses allow us to provide a greater quality of life for our patients. The ladies in your Princess Road store were really friendly, helpful and created a beautiful bouquet for us to raffle. Our appreciation cannot be accurately expressed, but thank you so very very much!!

Dear Lynette and the team over at Rodgers

Thank you so much for offering your assistance for my event on Monday 3rd December over at the Etihad.

We are really glad that we came to you as one of our customers as it had a nice tie in with the dinner being arranged to celebrate our 50th anniversary of business in Manchester.

The displays were absolutely stunning and the colours blended perfectly with our branding. Lots of our guests commented on how lovely they were and as you know rather than see them go to waste we donated them the following morning to some local residential homes who were delighted to receive them. I am sending you a USB with some of the photos we captured on the night. I would attach them to the email but the files are too big.

Can I also say thank you to the guys who delivered the displays, so reliable, there on time mindful of the very tight security arrangements and with the expertise to set them up so delicately.

There are so many fine details that must be arranged behind the scenes of such an important event. The dinner was attended by the Senior Manager of every single one of our European offices and a VIP party from our most senior management team in Japan, so I could not afford for anything to go wrong. On the night I was able to deliver it professionally and to the highest standard thanks to the help of your fabulous team. 

Please express my sincere thanks to everyone. I will be recommending you without hesitation amongst my PA network as we PAs do a lot of dinner and event organising.

You know our company motto is #atyourside and I can’t thank you enough for your willingness to be at my side on the day!

I have used you several times throughout the past 3 years for anniversaries and birthdays and at no point has my girlfriend said a bad word about your flowers!

She absolutely loves the surprise of you dropping of the flowers unexpectedly at her work and it really tops of the occasion I've bought them for.
